  4. Hey, I just noticed something, doesn't this smiley have a slight resemblance to to HAT? :o
  5. hahahahahaha That's what is was, "handsome beast" that I read the other morning when it made me almost spit coffee all over my computer screen. You're funny as heck, man.
  6. Yes, and a huge thank you to TAC for his help in this area!!!!
  7. That was pretty funny. When it came to the part about grabbing one of the swords from the living room and start hacking away all I could think of "oh shit" what's going to happen next. hahahaha

  9. Not only is not true, Chuck Hagel announced that they're considering a ban on selling cigarettes on all military bases. http://nypost.com/2014/04/03/the-cigarette-at-war/

  11. I appreciate it, but the thanks really goes to the moderators and all the members for creating this community. I just provided the venue, the atmosphere is the result of every single member here. So in that, a HUGE thank you to everybody here!:)
  12. That's awesome!! You've come to the right place because this place is chock full of quitters. :)
  13. I'm going to buy the biggest box of Grape Nuts that I can find and hide all sorts of valuables and goodies in it. Nobody, not even the wife will pick it up. I'll move it every now and then just so it looks like I'm the only one eating them. I'll dump the box out in the woods so the squirrels can eat it. GR8 idea!!!
  14. Incredibly awesome!!!! Big tobacco isn't smiling, but we sure are!!! Welcome, IamDoingIt!! :)
  15. I found this... http://homeguides.sfgate.com/remove-cigarette-smell-apartment-1789.html
  16. You're a very kind and strong woman, Evelyn. We may be behind a screen, but it's much the same as talking to a friend on the phone. Thank you for being you. :)
  17. Hi Amy and welcome! Congrats on the best decision that you could possibly make right now. If you're at all apprehensive about quitting (I think we all were!), what are your top 3 things that concern you the most about once you put out your last cigarette?
  18. No more stank breath for others to breathe as I talk to them. I can smell the shampoo in my hair when the wind blows. lol
  19. You have not made a mistake by posting this at all. We are here to support you and help you in any way that we can. It shows your inner strength to be able to share this amongst friends. This is a non-judgmental support group so nobody is going to judge you. We're here to protect you and in the event that this is challenged, the offending person will be tossed. We do not judge. :)
  20. Where are you, juanrmartino? You doing okay?
  21. I saw her here yesterday but she's been quiet...
  22. No more constant congestion and that irritating cough...
  23. "We are drug addicts." This was the hardest thing for me to accept because after all, "I'm smoking, not shooting heroin". My doctor chuckled as I told him this right after he called me an addict. It was at this time my eyes started to open that if I was going to quit smoking for good, then I had to come to grips with the fact that I am a nicotine addict and always will be. It may seem a bit daunting to imagine your life without smoking, but quitting now will give you the freedom that you gave up so long ago.
  24. I pledge to be here for the long haul. :)
