Pilgrim you are so right. Food for thought I also was a cigarette smoker for over 15 years. I will never forget when I ran out of vapes and bought a pack of smokes. Took one hit and was like where is the nicotine buzz ?? Nothing I was like what the hell, couldn't get a vape pod quick enouph. Hine sight I should've figured the trouble I was going to face if I decided to give it up. Hang in there I sware and promise it does get better. Just remember box breathing, I did plenty of it. To me vape pods should be banned but Good luck fighting the industry. Hang in there you got this !!!
