That's the first time I actually didn't realized I'd missed my quit date. I had thought about it a couple weeks ago and knew it was comming up soon but then completely forgot aboit it. But you're right; the longer we stay quit, the less we think about our old smoking lives so that IS a good thing

Gday i live in the sub tropics. So freezing not a problem. Being an ex sailor going on a cruise is like a bus driver taking a bus tour. glad you’ve enjoyed yourself and blown all your saving from not smoking
