  7. Pilgrim you are so right. Food for thought I also was a cigarette smoker for over 15 years. I will never forget when I ran out of vapes and bought a pack of smokes. Took one hit and was like where is the nicotine buzz ?? Nothing I was like what the hell, couldn't get a vape pod quick enouph. Hine sight I should've figured the trouble I was going to face if I decided to give it up. Hang in there I sware and promise it does get better. Just remember box breathing, I did plenty of it. To me vape pods should be banned but Good luck fighting the industry. Hang in there you got this !!!

  18. Thanks for chiming in on the Vape thing @Pilgrim! What you & @stzr500 have related makes a lot of sense, given the increased nicotine levels involved. The other thing that you noted is the difference in how people smoke cigs vs Vape. I had forgot about that but it's so true. They besically go around all day long taking random puffs here & there as they can. That I'm sure also makes a big difference in the addiction level. Wow! Food for thought for sure for us cig smokers!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
