Soberjulie Posted聽April 7, 2014聽路聽IP聽聽(edited) 聽 聽 I come here for support....to vent....to encourage....to listen and speak truths. Did The Penny Drop For You?

Jonny5 Posted聽April 24, 2014聽路聽IP聽 聽 I remember that I was going through the motions, telling myself that I wasn't giving up anything etc etc, just like Allen Carr told me. 聽and I remember thinking , ok yeh, I can buy into this, I can look at things from a more positive perspective. 聽I was prepared to follow the don't smoke instructions, but I did suspect Allen Carr was just trying to point out the obvious, and that made me feel a little patronised, but he was telling the truth, d

How can we replace the Crutch of Nicotine

JackiMac Posted聽October 17, 2014聽路聽IP聽 聽 聽 Whenever a smoker feels down, depressed, lost, angry, bitter I could go on with the many emotions that we feel in life, but a smoker will always turn to that one thing "crutch" (excuse as we now know it to be) to make them feel better. 聽Yes Im talking about the nicotine fix, the cigarette, one cigarette will make everything better. 聽We all know that one thing that stops many people from finally quitting or attempting to quit is the l

About us

QuitTrain庐, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.聽 This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.聽 We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.聽 Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
