July 8, 20188 yr NOPE slippy it blows cool air.. if you waft a book of mag at your face does it waft warm air or cooler air right back at you..? Weegie wouldn't your bed get wet..? Edited July 8, 20188 yr by Wee fluffy me
July 8, 20188 yr Author I have put my top sheet in the freezer all arvo and then pulled it out when I went to bed.. son't ya think it was heaven?
July 8, 20188 yr Author It doesn't but by the time it heats up your usually fast asleep... just enough to get to sleep does the trick. Have you tried freezing your knickers?
July 8, 20188 yr Author wot, chuck a sheet in the freezer then chuck it over you as you lie down... thats not too much work is it?
July 8, 20188 yr Sounds good but a whole hour later when you still haven't fallen asleep and your faffin about for the cold bit of the sheet only to find there isn't any cos your darling husband has sweated it all up... then you lie there in a rage for the next 2 hours flip flopping on your inch and a half of the mattress.. NOW don't you think it's a lot of work for so little pleasure..???????????? (My rage may not have quite passed by yet)
July 8, 20188 yr Author Just think I'm so cold I had to put socks on and if it gets colder I can just pop on the heating... is that fair?
July 8, 20188 yr Im surprised you're able to keep your sheet in the freezer all day with your OCD @notsmokinjo, I don't think I could leave my bed unmade that long?
July 8, 20188 yr Author Nah I have selective OCD... are all the notes in my purse in value order, then in serial number order... check, are the cans in the cupboard in alphabetical order check, have I double checked the flipping honour roll at least once an hour so I don't miss anyone... check.... made the bed, who cares. Is that wierd?
July 8, 20188 yr Author Besides, I'd just need to unmake it before I went to bed to check for spiders dontcha think?
July 8, 20188 yr Yes, that's weird! LOL but more importantly do you have to check for spiders before you go to bed EVERY night or is that an OCD thing too? Oh and you'll be happy to know that the older you get the more your OCD will lessen, at least mine has
July 8, 20188 yr Author The spider checking is an OCD thing for sure... because I never find one... but always with the checking. So how old do I have to be to see improvements?
July 8, 20188 yr I don't think she knows cos when the OCD eased up she stopped keeping track of numbers .. Am I right Jillar..?
July 8, 20188 yr I think fluffy is right on that it just kinda eased up and I noticed I wasn't going around straightening all the throw rugs and towels all the time. Do you think hubby had something with me giving up on neatness?
July 8, 20188 yr Author OMG and the pictures on the walls... how many hours do I spend fixing those?? And the kids school socks... at least 5 mins every morning just to get them perfect.... and then I glue them in place.... is this bad parenting?
July 8, 20188 yr Author But its special Irish Dancing sock glue.... if she could do them straight herself don't ya think I'd let her?
July 8, 20188 yr Do you think she cares if they're straight and more importantly can I use that glue to keep hubbys gob shut?
