Staying Here

I'd just like to say that despite pissing everyone off here, I'd really like to stay to offer support and advice for newbie quitters.

Can I just add that BKP a.k.a. Paul does not miss a trick! He has, I'm sure, a photographic memory in as much as you post something he will remember it! It's quite endearing.

I'd love to post emoticons but I can't seem to do that on my iPads!

I don't post a lot, other than obsessively play the games; I'll be on both sites. I'm already cutting down so I won't, as previously mentioned, need to retire to keep up with it all. Thanks for granting dual citizenship. Anything I can do, lemme know - other than "Go away!" because I won't. :) *keeping cats to myself, for the most part*

When quitting nicotine, your emotions are all over the place. There is no need to add to any stress or discomfort by having to try to say the "right things" .. Sometimes just saying what's on your mind is the right thing.

We are more than happy to have any of you stick around and enjoy the company here...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
