August 25, 201412 yr Author No net yet, hubbys just home from work, he's in the horrors with them, he's on the net trying to find help. I'm soo angry and upset, I don't want to send him to that school, I can't stop crying, my baby will die if he is beside anyone eating nuts if the school don't know how to use epi pens, he's ******, urghh I've never suffered anxiety and panic attacks until james started getting bullied and panicking trying to get lucas into the other school. Why the fcuk is it soo hard, we are at a loss ; (( find out who are on the school board too and shake and bark at their tree their names should be public you can ask the school,fredom of information and all that! no parent or child should have to suffer this, make enough noise hun someone will hear you, also what about the doctor maybe they can have a bit of sway??

I agree and was thinking the same... it is time for someone to stand up and take resposibility. Time to F uck someone up Sue. I am that dad... you f uck with my kid...I f uck with your life. Get some names...write some letters ...etc etc etc... and save everything. Nobody wants there name out there for negative sh it. Hate to sound shady... but do you know any other kids that might "help" you remedy the bully situation? Mine would.
August 25, 201412 yr We sent a 2 page letter to the board of education, with pictures of the damage done to james, his busted lip, shattered jaw, stabbing mark all down his cheek from a sharp pencil and all the pics of the cuts and bruises on his tummy and legs. Not one fcuking word did we hear back from them. We've been told the board of education are always on the side of the teachers, then we went to the ombudsman, they said we have to go to the schools board of management and put in a complaint, of course the principals friends are on that board and literally laughed us out of the room. Nobody wants to help, Chrisp there's plenty that want to threaten and beat the shite out of the bolloxx but I've warned them not to cos it would only make it worse for us. I just want lucas out of that useless school, who's policy is if the teacher doesn't see the child beating up someone then they don't get punished but the child is black and blue and covered in blood. Fed up!!! Thanks for the help Tracey and Chrispy I'm in such an angry, emotional mood, hubby is going to the school in the morning to demand they send a letter home to every child in the class tomorrow, its not fair why should lucas have to start a week later and not get to choose were to sit etc, hard enough starting school without starting a week after the others, he's only 4 for fcuk sake, he's only a baby ; ( Sorry I'm going off on one x

If what happened to your eldest happened here and the teachers and principals allowed it parents go to the media and the careers of those who looked away get dragged through the mud. Is that not an option there?

August 26, 201412 yr Yes I suppose you could go to the media, it's very awkward here, everyone complains but nobody actually does anything, our names would be dragged through the mud, the schools get away with soo much, unless loads complain but of course tgat never happens, basically more then a few need to put complaints in to be heard. Hubby is taking the morning off work to go up to the school, you see my problem is that lucas has to go to that poxy school cos I can't get him in anywhere at the moment (even though he's 3years on another school waiting list) and if we take things further we are afraid that they will make his life hell for him and I really don't want to take that chance but ive no problem and we will be taking it to the papers/radio etc as soon as I get him out of there.
August 26, 201412 yr Sue is he on the waiting list for the other school? What age is he, is he just starting? I only ask cause in England school system it's not compulsary to attend until they actually turn 5...but they don't "advertise" that fact. x Yeah he's on the waiting list to get in to the one james is starting, I tried to defer him for a year but they said I can't because he would be too old, he's 5 in November so he would be nearly 6 if I started him next year but they won't allow it!!
