June 17, 201610 yr I can hug family and friends without worrying whether they think I stink... Always carrying packets of Mints.. What do you love....
June 17, 201610 yr So much to love about quitting. Freedom and independence. I don't plan my every waking hour around my schedule of nicotine fixes anymore and don't worry about going places where smoking isn't allowed. Improved health and more energy. I feel better all day and sleep better at night. My eyes aren't red and dry anymore. I don't smell like an ashtray. I'm saving money and withholding cash from the big tobacco companies. I feel a sense of accomplishment having successfully done something that I told myself I couldn't do for far too long... I could go on and on. Quitting smoking, the benefits and the process, has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

June 17, 201610 yr Just the other day, I thought about that I can ride with co-workers to lunch...don't have to take my own car so that I can smoke!
August 12, 201610 yr It has been pouring rain this week. Yet another reminder of what I love about being smoke free....I can drive in my car with the windows rolled UP! It used to be I'd have the window cracked an inch or two and do the big lean to avoid getting wet.
