    Hi!  For your profile picture, click the small arrow beside your name at the top of the page.  Click My Profile.  Click Edit My Profile on the right side of the page.  At the top it will give you the option to change your photo (or may be add photo).  Click on that and upload your picture, and click Save Changes,
