 I want to drop in and say thank you all in this forum for helping me get free from smoking!! This is my sixth year of being smoke free and I know without a doubt that it was from the help of you all here.  To all the newcomers….. stay in the group!!!! Post, chat,  read!!!! It all helps!!!
