That's it, I feel stuck.  Nothing to do with smoking or wanting to smoke.  Just in general, I feel stuck.  Okay, I get it, not too many details given, but that's all I got...

Aww, I'm sorry my friend.  :(  Never feels good to feel stuck no matter what the details.  What can we do?  Maybe a change?  If not that then.....

I use this on almost everything.

I think I know what you mean...no new doors opening?  Hang on...you have reinvented yourself in the last two years...and a positive change is coming!

stuck-cat-pictures-dumpaday-11.jpg Meow?

You have lost weight, gotten into exercise, quit smoking and got a new job in the last year? Anyhoo, my friend made a bucket list of 50 things to try in a year. Big and small things. She had just gone through a divorce , sent her son to college, sold her house,....she posted some of the things she did on Facebook and it looked fun.

Hug?!

Awww, I'm sorry, it's not a good feeling.

I'm with Beacons friend, maybe set yourself some big and small targets to work with.

Or take up meditation, that really calms the mind and weirdly works brilliantly alongside exercise as you can work the mind and body.

However, sometimes it is the universe's way of saying hey you, you've done some big stuff, how about a rest now!  The guys are right, it been constant change for you and a degree of worry as well, this is probably just a nice bit of downtime for you if you can change the way you look at it.

xx

Awww colleen

Maybe because you had the buzz of the quit, then diet etc, that there is no challenge right now?

Maybe sign up to do something physical for charity that's a bit of a challenge for you to give you that buzz

Xx
