April 21, 201412 yr Thanks everyone. Spoke to her a couple of times today. She has friends coming to stay on Wednesday (perfect timing) and is thinking of a 'lower maintenance' dog like a Westie. Good news is she did not relapse. She is Vaping away, but no tobacco.

Mind, no matter as I can do 'The Plan' in the house tomorrow, on the spot...no trainers rubbing. Can't believe I didn't give my foot wear more thought....silly buffon.

April 23, 201412 yr Mumsy has friends arriving from UK today - perfect timing. On the shoes - really recommend you go to a poncey running shop. I couldn't believe the process that we went through to work out the right shoes. (Made me feel proper old) - but they do an actual fitting. Get you to run on a treadmill to assess how much you pronate etc... Look at it as a treat - a treat that will help you relieve stress, lose weight, get fit....
