For some reason, I cant use the GIF any longer, any ideas why? 

 

All it says .... (There are no results to display)

Hmmm, you're right. It could be their site. I usually just Google the image I'm looking for and then use the insert image from URL option in other media at the bottom right 😊

I look on google ,then click on the middle of it to down load this image .

@overcome, after looking on the support forum for invision it appears that giphy got sold and they banned the old keys that worked the gifs so that's why it's no longer working. Glad to know it's not just our forum  

I never even noticed it was on the text toolbar until a few months ago lol. I have just always used the Other Media option.

Thank you for that, I was thinking I screwed it up. Have to try and figure out how to add them now .............. apologies in advance of messed up threads while I try to figure it out.  🤣

You dont want to know how long it took me to learn hiw to gif ..

I used to have them available, also. For the past few months, not. I get the "unavailable" message. So I've been using photos on Unsplash, Pixaby, and other royalty-free photos.

 

@Kate18, try using the Other Media tab at the bottom right of the texting box and insert image from URL. That works for me unless its a YouTube video which I can just copy and paste into the text box. With the GIFs on my kindle i right click the one I want, open it in new tab and then copy the address of the new window that

opens and paste that URL into the insert Other Media tab. Hope this helps you 😊
