Well we are now less then a week out from the new month, and the last month of the inbetween months... spring for some and autumn for many. And has the quit train chugs along to the end of the year and the beginning of another it must first pass through November, the quittingest month of the year (for now).

P lease note the following reservations for festivities on the Lido Deck during the month of November:

That's right people, count them up and there are 16!! With 4 first timers on the Lido Deck... and there are some pretty wild party animals in that bunch too.... wow Reci's going to be one busy little Cruise Director. But before we get ahead of ourselves, we still have one very special celebration scheduled for the end of the month but then its all systems go Lidovember.

Now Reci usually has a crew lined up but just in case please remember he will call for volunteers especially around with so many one after the other.. unfortunately I will have to take myself out of the volunteer register this month, I have, a, um, look there is no easy way to say it, I have a bone in my leg and therefore I wont be able to help with cleaning. ;)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
