Always said I never would.  Thinking about it.  What do people do that work out during lunch?  I go to to a value gym and have never considered it.  I am starting a new job in a couple of days and am having a hard time squeezing in spin classes.  Only Sat/Sun just won't cut it.  I would lose my mind going only twice a week.

One of my favorite classes is at 5:45 till 6:35 on Thursday mornings.  In spin, there is a lot of sweating going on, buckets lol   With traffic, there is not enough time to go home, shower and drive to work.  If I left directly from the gym and cut the class a few minutes short, it could be doable, provided I washed and dried my hair the night before.  Then there is the spin studio local to me that charges $14 a class, but with more convenient class times...OMG I'm an addict  :girl_impossible:

I like it Colleen!

I don't know about the early am workouts though.  That is dedication :lazy:

I do not shower after I work out at lunch.   I know a ton of people that do...and even wash their hair...  Say wha??  Aint nobody got time for dat.

Paper towel myself off, a few spritzes of body spray,  and back to my desk.  But my hair always looks like caca. :girl_crazy:

Serious withdrawal lol   I am going from 5 spin classes a week to 2 or 3.  Yeah the hair, my hair takes over an hour to dry if I use a dryer, if I air dry it's not dry till the next day.  That is so not happening.  It doesn't get washed every day.  Maybe I should shave it and buy a wig?? ha ha

Ha ha, I  am sure that would go over very well lol

I wondered how you would handle the spin class issue.  Maybe pay the money to go to the one closer to home?

You smelling beings....stay away.

Most of the ladies with long hair at my gym usually pull their hair up into a bun for lunchtime classes - less contact that way with sweaty necks etc - one of them even plaits it first and swear it makes for great waves hair after. After the class - lots don't wash their hair but do use the hair dryers in the gym to clean up some of the sweat after. You might also want to think about dry shampoos ??

Me - I solved the problem by going for short hair - but that might be a bit drastic !

That was my thought.  Thursday is the only weekday class I could make and only if I could leave from the gym.  So, I'd have to have a shower.  Stopping at the drugstore after the gym is one thing, but all day at work is another.   I've never used a gym shower before.

So, I did a trial run this morning.  Didn't do spin, just weights, but I used the shower there lol.  I washed and dried my hair last night, so didn't need to worry about it.  I had figured the shower would be nasty and with cold water, but no it was surprisingly clean and had really hot water.  I still wore flip flops though, wasn't taking chances.  So, I think I might be able to do this :)
