Many have found Allan Carr's book invaluable and I just found it read aloud on Youtube

@sean .. This us an audio version if the book Whispers mentioned in your thread. Lots have success with this and it's better to do it before you quit, but even worth if after.

unfortunately, there were copyright issues with the vid on youtube of Alan Carr's book.  Sorry.

It used to be available to read for free but, I cannot find it today.

It is for sale...both kindle and paperback.

I still have my paperback copy of this book from when I first quit.  If you haven't read it, pick up a copy and give it a chance.  That book really helped change my overall outlook on smoking.

This book is worth every penny...what have you got to lose...nothing....but could gain so much....

I put it on my I pod..and listened to it...

Millions have been helped....it could help you too ..

This seems similar and worthwhile... I changed the speed setting to listen to it so that it was a nbit less metallicy...

 

 

 

 

 

I tjink they took it down for copyright reasons ?

MwBenson - what gave you THAT idea? Is it because when you try to play it, it says it was removed due to a copyright claim by a third party?

I had to call the Psychic hotline to figure that out

 

I tried to watch the video when it worked just to see what it had to say BUT -

It seemed to ramble on about needless stuff.

Perhaps if someone reposts it, someone could chime in where the video gets to the point about how to quit.
