Well my mini vacation is over! Got back home today. Had a great time, lots of time on the water. Boating, swimming, fishing. Company of great friends. But I do have to admit I missed smoking!!!! I didn't but I really did struggle, felt like I left a friend at home. I really didn't think I would. We did some drinking, I limited that because I knew that would be a trigger. I did not think I would have the issue I did, but hopefully it will get easier It would have been real easy to give In and smoke. Being around smokers was not easy. My friends don't smoke , but there were other people on the beach that did. Can't avoid that forever. All and all had a good time!!
