  3. Hi JH63, This is your time to start your forever quit. First and foremost you need to believe you can kick the habit for good. Have faith in yourself. Then hop on the Quit train and get started. You should read the available articles, watch the videos and gain all the knowledge you can. Knowledge is power and it will help on your journey. We will also be here to support the whole way. This all comes down to you committing 100% to your quit. Good Luck and Happy New year.
