  7. I remember sitting on my couch watching late night TV and seeing those infomercials with Shaun T selling Insanity. As a smoker, every time I saw those stupid commercials, it was a constant reminder that I needed to quit and get my ass into shape. Well, 7 months later I'm no longer a smoker and just finished my first round of Insanity. ;)
