  1. Still here recip. Missed you all
  2. Thanks Jillar. Love the logo and the name. Yes staying close to the boards does help and sure makes the time go quicker. Nice to see you.
  3. Welcome and so glad that I have helped. My anxiety was horrible and I had to really fight in the beginning to keep the quit so I know where you are coming from. Hang in there cause eventually your mind set adjusts to the fact that smoking is off the table. Keep fighting and things will ease up slowly but surely. We can do this.
  4. Sorry its been awhile but this quit has not been easy for me so I took a break from posting. I continue to watch videos and spend a lot of time reading at whyquit. Things are slowly easing up...certainly not as difficult as those first few weeks. My anxiety has eased up which is a blessing in itself. However, staying away from the boards is not a solution when quitting. So I will be more active. Started to exercise a bit and need to quit stuffing my face. Moving along and am staying strong. 😍
  5. Made it through 2 weeks and going strong. Things getting a bit easier but still no cake walk by any means. Had doctor appointment yesterday and all checked out ok. Keeping the quit!
  6. Hi and welcome. I am by myself and did not find it to bother me at all. Stay here and read and educate yourself about the addiction and everyone on the quit train are here for you if you get lonely or need support.

MLMR congrats on your seven months hope to still see you when you do drop in. Glad you will remain strong with your quit.
  8. Great advise and a great post. Thanks for the bump
  9. Another great read. Before I quit I did have thoughts of what will I do now. That was me...everything revolved around that cigarette. Now I am relearning how to do things without one and it is difficult at times but I am slowly learning how to fill those last two pages. Thanks for the bump n
