So glad your feeling so comfy with your quit... that is the best news ever. I hear you also on this time feeling different and just feeling quit, not like your quitting. Its great that your playing everyday... just please tell me you don't only play Blackbird because I think I might just smash the next guitar I hear that come out of (7 years of the guitar tech at work testing every guitar with the same song) . Just wanted to say I don't think your approach is selfish, your quit is the important thing... you need to look after it the way that works for you, but know I had ya back over there and I've got ya back over here... tomorrow, next week or in 18mths. KTQ Rory... you doing this like a legend.

Congratulations @Sparkzzz on being 8 months quit! Well done Sparkzzz for all the effort you have taken to nurture your quit and grow it into the solid thing it is now. You are 2/3rds of your way to the Lido Deck. You did that, fought the nicodemon, beat the craves and gave yourself the awesome gift of a smoke free life. Confession: I make the kid stand in front of me to have her socks checked in the morning and if those knee high fvckers aren't even I make them so AND THEN is "Hold It" (Irish dancing sock glue) so they stay in place all day.... my kid aint goin around with asymmetrical socks.... this may be why I wear thongs all year round.. HOWEVER despite my OCD issues with socks being even I wont wear matching socks (on the rare occasions i do wear not thongs) because its bad luck.

Well I was goin to come in and post wondering wot the hell is @G67 doin posting in here, I thought his membership had a CoS, Daily Nope and WooHoos only restriction but now I'm hoping his mum still isn't waiting to go in and sending out healthy good positive vibes and a prayer to the big guy that all is well with ya mum.

Dunno about a bow but I bet ya still have the box it came in. How come some big packages only give a little bit of joy?
