Did you quit at night, and smoke in the morning, just wondering as you went 11 hours without smoking. i quit by putting a patch on half an hour to an hour before getting out of bed in the morning, it gave the patch time to start working, so I didn’t do the usual get up, and smoke. have you tried NRT, it really takes the edge off the crave, otherwise you are just doing what you always do, and hard to break the cycle.

So sorry to hear it, you have to get off that hop on, hop off merry go round, and stop letting yourself be sweet talked into going to buy stinking cigs . GET MAD WITH IT. TALK TO YOURSELF, YOU DONT NEED IT. Ask yourself ..what does it do for me, in a short while you will want to stop again, well I hope you do, and don’t get sucked in for a long haul ride. Take care.
