Did you quit at night, and smoke in the morning, just wondering as you went 11 hours without smoking. i quit by putting a patch on half an hour to an hour before getting out of bed in the morning, it gave the patch time to start working, so I didn’t do the usual get up, and smoke. have you tried NRT, it really takes the edge off the crave, otherwise you are just doing what you always do, and hard to break the cycle.
