I didn't use the patch...plenty here have... Do whatever it takes to quit,and stop killing yourself slowly... Take smoking off the table...no matter what... Even if your arse has fell off..

Trying to light the dam thing in the wind.... Burning ash ...straight in the eye..blinding me for minutes.....rubbing my eye.mascara smeared all over the place...yep !!!....a good look...

It's good you get angry....keep hold of that to the Big Tabacco Companies....it's murder on a mass scale. I remember my anger when I first watched the 3 documentaries on the main board...it changed the whole way I thought of smoking.. I carnt believe I kept my head in the sand for 52 years...

Hang around here some..read..watch video,s...play games...anything but get in the car... You would....believe me...be so disappointed you didn't stay strong.... You can do it.... Your stronger than any crave...tell it to naff off...

I knew I could never smoke again from the beginning......I remember feeling comfortable round about 10 months.... But I was ridding myself of a 52 year addiction.... Don't over think....it doesn't matter how long....its not the time it takes...it's just about reaching freedom... Some take the high way..some take the long senic route... One day at a time...this is how we all achieve our goal...

Watching these ...changes my whole attitude to smoking ....I hate everything about it now ...

Oh those smoking rooms...I remember them well.... The look on the faces of the passengers walking by...the shame....standing in that small cube of toxic fumes...my poor lungs...!!!!

Welcome Sean.... My advice is read everything you can about this addiction... On the main discussion board you will find tons of great information.... And lots of videos.... Cutting down is a great step ...but why prolong.......by keeping smoking a few...you are keeping the monster alive... We have a saying here...Never stick anything in your mouth and set fire to it ...this is the only way to quit and stay quit.... Believe in yourself....you can do it....you just need to want it bad enough.... Stay around a while...read all you can ...your seat on the train will be here ,when you are ready ...

Had a pamper day today....feet done !!!!......hair done....and off to dinner tonight with my Nicky and the girlies....not a bloke in sight !!!!.....yaaaaa......
