  1. Sleep. Until the 5 month mark i slept 12 hours a day. I was very gloomy so at 9pm i thought screw it and just went to bed. I still dont enjoy life as much to this very day but at least im not sleeping so much now.

  4. Beautiful post. Im 26 years old and quitting an 8 year addiction but already regretting ever taking it. I did nothing with my life when i was a smoker. But i have yet so much life ahead, i dont want to smoke again. Right now its a daily struggle fighting the cigarette romance, i really miss it i enjoyed it a lot or so i think. But ill not go down without a fight. NOPE!

  8. It´s perfectly normal to want a cigarette after 5 days of abstinence, your quit is still young and i´m afraid you will want a cigarette for a long time. Hell, i want one. But after the withdrawal it becomes easy to manage the need for one. At one point in time you will achieve confort and It´ll become a nostalgic need more than anyting that you can control easily. Until you get there, keep on noping! Good luck!
