This is delicious nice and brown from a hot hot oven. I douse it with olive oil before roasting. Now that my oven is repaired I can make ^^^again. Just cut up 3 apples, 1 onion, some garlic in cast iron pan, put a yard bird on top in a hot hot oven. Excellent. added a bit of wine halfway.
