  1. Yesterday off. Today, 25 minute circuit and 15 minutes speed walking on the treadmill.
  2. I wish I had someone to wait on me hand and foot, for one day...just one day! That's not too much to ask, is it?
  3. The leader of the cats has 4 months till the big one! Congratulations Beacon! I am so glad you made it over here with us!
  4. Thanks for the info and video...My burn I don't think is anywhere near the burn pictured there. The yellow/green in the middle, I and even the ER Doc a couple weeks ago thought it was an infection. When it first happened: Three months later:
  5. OMG Julie, I can't even imagine that!
  6. Thanks all...I swear I had no major medical problems until my late 30's.
  7. lol Jenny, but seriously. I am ignorant when it comes to this sort of thing. Where does the extra skin come from? How is it attached? Do they numb you? What is the healing time? Can I go to the gym the same or next day?
  8. Thanks to all the nurses!
  9. Dijon mustard
  10. Oh my word! I said the exact same thing...What were we thinking? Duh! :dash2:
  11. Or could you suggest some good resources? I burned my lower leg back in Feb and what I thought was a slow healing second degree burn, turned infected is actually partially a third degree burn. The middle part of the burn never closed up and I have been covering up a hole in my leg. I was given the run down on why I might need one, so while I wait to finish the antibiotics and get an appointment, I just need to know all about it.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
