  15. I drive a '96 Toyota Avalon, black. Rather drive, realistically? Something from the last decade, that has a cd player, instead of a tape deck and that is worry free. Like my last car, except I didn't take very good care of it and fried the engine.

  19. Dancer, It doesn't matter if it takes 100 quits to quit, what matters is that you do quit. You wouldn't be the first to quit many times and you won't be the last. Stick with the board, use it for all it's intended, SOS, vent, social, celebrations, education and I can almost guarantee you that you will find your sticky quit. There is a reason why an online support forum works so well. It's the large community, there are members who have been in your shoes and will drop a lot to help a quitter in need. At the very least pledge to take the daily pledge, every morning. Congrats on one week! http://www.quittrain.com/topic/2868-quitting-is-a-journey-not-an-event/

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
