  3. Great awesome movie! Stilll im watching that first part of the JP series,whenever im free!! And Yes ,"Chris Pratt" is a cool guy with bag full of acting skills..The Jurasic world the latest verion, i enjoyed it with my freinds ...but the sad is i used many cig's on that particular day (june)
  4. After all i decide to quit.. i just listing down the triggers that get me to cig's because then only i can avoid those triggers. And the next thing is to list the things that keeps me busy First one is running or atleast fast walk on that list...now goes for a run everyday except sunday. It keeps me brisk enough to not think on cig

  6. Thats why i m not trying any of those products to Quit.. Still i belive on "Try and control Yourself" is the best method of quiting ...Zyban,nicotine patch,nicotine Gum ...etc...have there own side effects may casue you more then anything...
  7. Done some workouts,watching some movies and went off to a friend home on that first day.. then i last long for a 2weeks of quit. The next week i get uses some cigar's but not that much i used before. And again i doing the same think (workouts,movies) to divert myself from cigars Note: i not a complete quiter yet. i just trying to bring the things under control.. then make it quit i hope ^_^ ^_^ ^_^
