  5. Thank you all for your kind words I truly appreciate it. I wouldn't have come this far on my own or I can at least say it would not have been this easy.... so thanks!
  6. Welcome Leila - Bandito is right it is very easy - follow a few simple steps each day and next thing you know viola you are through hell week and more etc. Pledge NOPE (Not One Puff Ever) each day on this board reach out for help and educate yourself - find an outlet instead of smoking - clean, exercise, make some tea or have a glass of water but do not smoke no matter what - the craving are emotional not physical - it is a habit - you are a non-smoker - keep repeating that one phrase to yourself - so if anyone asks you can will be conditioned already to say I am a non-smoker (don't ever say I quit - your psyche doesn't like that perception) take it minute, hour by hour, day by day etc... you can do this.
  7. I would have to make it dishwasher safe just in case, have a variety of colors and flavors (no not gross tobacco flavors either) Girls could be shaped like a ring pop maybe (have a place to insert the juice flavor) and guys could have something a little more discrete like a tooth pick shape or a golf tee (still with a place to inject some flavor) Call them Quick Fix or something - "Stomp the Smoke out with a Quick Fix"
  8. Not sure why but this just got stuck in my head..

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
