  3. I always pay more for my boots then shoes my favourite pair is a pair of navy blue leather boots which I paid probably $300 but that was in the sale, I never pay full price I wait but boots last me years these I have had for over 6 years so I get my monies worth.

The most expensive shoes were a pair of colour crystal, heeled slip ons that I brought for a ball I only ever wore them once and I can't give them away as they are too pretty they cost about $280 but I class them as the most expensive due to use value.

I love fall as I can wear all my boots :)

I also own a pair of $15 flip flops!

  4. Thanks everyone, I can't believe where the time has gone,, honestly in the beginning it seemed time stood still now months blend into years, there were times I never thought it was possible, but here I am at 3 years!

How apt is it its thanks giving coming up, as i have so much to be grateful for

I am grateful for the forum and all you wonderful members who I see as friends

I am grateful you believed in me, when I didn't believe in myself or needed a hug or a kick up the butt!

I am grateful that you were on my journey through the good and the bad times of my life in the past three years

It's been emotional to say the least!!!

I am most grateful to my quit buddy Rez who is now my husband Poor sod, I swear sometimes he wished I was still Mrs potato head :)

It really is a case of NOPE

How you get there is one step at a time, use the support and advise here and believe in yourself

I promise I will try to add more support now my life is put back together xxx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
