I agree @GonSo As much as hot sunny days used to (note the USED to lol) be a trigger for me to smoke again, it would be horrible! Agreed, poor dogs!

I am not going to smoke today. NOPE. Smoking outside is these days absolute horrible due to the heat. Previous heat waves I smoked inside. Can you imagine smoking inside and doors and windows closed to keep the heat out? Disgusting! And poor dogs.

Congratulations! That is fabulous. Although we have quit and sure there are improvements, we never will be never smokers.

My doctor recently recommended a CT scan of my lungs because of my smoking history (pack and a half a day for 40 years). I got the results today....ALL NORMAL! Hallelujah, and thanks for all the support!!
