Come back Joe.  The Chicks are getting a bit uppity in the numbers game.

Fire up that Mustang and stand on it.  This is an emergency!

Where is Joe where oh where did he go...........

  • 3 weeks later...

Joe is here!

I've been extremely busy. For some unknown reason I took a full time job in a city 30 miles away and so between the drive back and forth and the 8 hr day, that's taking up almost 10 hrs of my day... then throw in a house I inherited (?) .... not sure if I'm questioning the inheritance of the fact that I called it a house! It's an old farm house on 2 acres that has been neglected for the past 20 years... that part of the story is too long to get into, but it's the house I grew up in, and me and my brother are trying to get it in a livable condition so we can sell it and not be embarrassed by it. It needs Everything! So I've been putting about 4 hrs a day there plus any time on weekends (usually 10 or so hrs a day...

I really need to take a break... lol

Last night my beagle (Baileigh) had what the Vet described as similar to a stroke and her right side doesn't work so well now... she struggles to even walk , and can only go a few steps before she falls over. :( She is 14 and already has had some health issues ( blood transfusion 6 years ago and an ACL surgery 3 years ago, so I am afraid her time is severely limited.

Anyhow.... life is going on, and all the girls/ granddaughters are doing great... I'm still smoke free and loving life!

Good to see you again Joe :) Sorry to hear about your dog. That's a tough one :( Gone through that with pets and it's never an easy decision knowing what to do and when.

I guess being busy is both good and bad. No time for some stuff but it does keep you younger I truly believe. You gotta have something to get up for each morning or you just .... don't want to get up!
