I just downloaded Alan Carr's book and I am going to begin reading it.  Thanks for all of the support!

I will not quit quitting.

Great decision - great book. It really felt like the scales fell from my eyes....

Glad to hear it Amy!  Keep us updated!

Thats brilliant Amy My friend quit using this book and said it was amazing,

I attribute my awakening to Allen Carr's method.

I believe that this book alone has saved millions of us

powerful book, I read it after I quit to re-inforce the thought process. We are behind you 100% Amy!! xx

Amy, I agree with the others, the book can be a tremendous help.  I am not clear...have you quit, again?

Hi Nancy- Yes I have to for me.  Today is day #1.  I want to read the book because maybe there is an EasyWay.. I am not very strong when it comes to not smoking but I am happy when I am not smoking. So I am not quitting my quit just starting again.

Well...look at that ...day 1 is almost over :-)  I am glad you are reading the book!

I'm finding rambling on this forum really helpful to keep me off the cigarettes. Sorry everyone!

Good for you...I just wasn't sure.  So proud of you!

No need for apologies!!

You post as often and as much as you like or need. :)

Amy,

You don't need to be strong to stay quit, just need to keep living that dream of being free..

You have to be vigilant. Guard your quit like it's a baby! Can't protect itself, you gotta do it.

Just do it, and don't let anything near it. :)
