April 27, 20188 yr False - got home from work about 6.30... did a load of washing, thought about dinner, sat down and woke up just after midnight I'm now wide awake... and thinking i might have some food. TNP can function on less than 6 hours sleep a day

Almost 9 months into quit been through the insomnia thing and find I can function just fine with less than 6, less than 5 I do need to check the inside of my eyelids for a wee 20 mins at some point in the day.. ??
