May 2, 201412 yr I love this thread. I'm bumping it for: A) new members who may not have a quit buddy. It's been an important part of my quit, it's ok to reach out and find a quit buddy or two. You aren't bothering anyone or wasting anyone's time. Quit buddies do an important job for each other, it isn't a one way street. B) For old members who may need a nudge to take a newbie under their wing. In my experience, the folks who did this for me made a tremendous impact and were sometimes the difference between checking in here daily.....or just slipping away, unnoticed. :)
