May 26, 20242 yr Happy Memorial day to all who celebrate. Time to kick off the BBQ season, My Treager is calling me, now to find something to cook! Stews BBQ'd "JUMBLE" Aya. Smoked sausage 1"sections, cooked cubed ham, cooked cubed chicken, 2 table spoons canola oil, 2 bay leaves. 1 can chicken broth, add Zaterans liquid and powder to taste. sweet onion's large quartered, diced green onions, small potato halves, prawns, green pepper, corn cob halves, head of garlic separated to cloves, 1+ cups long grain rice. Basting with the Zaterans mixture, on the smoke setting with Mesquite. Cap off at the end with a little SALP-YA-MAMA seasoning. Pre cooked sweet Cornbread in foil on the upper deck, and bring on the beer. I think temp setting will be 20 mins smoke 180 degree, then cover and crank to 350hp for 10+? I may cook the rice a little first? This is a test and only a test if this is a real emergency you will be advised of how much beer it takes to put out the fire! The meak get hot dog's.
