Early in your quits...little rewards keep you focused...

What you are achieving is a life changing event..we have been giving the tobacco companies our hard earned cash for years.. It's time to spoil yourself..

This could be anything...a magazine...hair appointment... Candles...clothes...

It doesn't matter what it is...as long as you feel it's a reward...

The more you save...the bigger the reward...ask Joe...xxxx

Doreen is exactly right.  You must keep rewarding yourself, because the never smokers in your life will think it is all over once you have quit for a week or so.  So take care of yourself!

See, I don't know what to reward myself with! I don't really have any money to spend on myself, since I was buying cigarettes with credit cards, so it's not like I'm saving money that I can use on myself in some other way. I don't want to reward myself with food or treats because I don't want to gain weight... I just don't know what to do.

Credit cards or not, you were spending money...Start out with small things...whether it be a magizine, some make-up product you wanted but didnt want to spend the money on....and...you know.....eating puts curves on a gal, and us guys likes curves! ;)

How about treating yourself to a few minutes of doing something you love?  Listening to music, soaking in the tub, meditation, reading...or anything that makes you feel special!

I've just bought 2 new windsurf boards , I can use them now I don't get out of breathe .

You are going to save big style with your credit cards..you can still use a credit card to buy a nice smelling candle..

Now your nose is coming back to life..this will be a treat ...trust us....

I'm not doing this reward thing right.  I bought a power rack and olympic bar with my savings.  If you're into pain and soreness, that's a "reward" you might want to consider.

Well since I canceled my vacation I bought a gold little cross with nekclace I wanted it for so long :)
