June 7, 201610 yr Early in your quits...little rewards keep you focused... What you are achieving is a life changing event..we have been giving the tobacco companies our hard earned cash for years.. It's time to spoil yourself.. This could be anything...a magazine...hair appointment... Candles...clothes... It doesn't matter what it is...as long as you feel it's a reward... The more you save...the bigger the reward...ask Joe...xxxx

You must keep rewarding yourself, because the never smokers in your life will think it is all over once you have quit for a week or so. So take care of yourself!
June 7, 201610 yr See, I don't know what to reward myself with! I don't really have any money to spend on myself, since I was buying cigarettes with credit cards, so it's not like I'm saving money that I can use on myself in some other way. I don't want to reward myself with food or treats because I don't want to gain weight... I just don't know what to do.

Listening to music, soaking in the tub, meditation, reading...or anything that makes you feel special!

June 8, 201610 yr I'm not doing this reward thing right. I bought a power rack and olympic bar with my savings. If you're into pain and soreness, that's a "reward" you might want to consider.
