For the last five days I have been on the herbalife diet and have done insanity, and anyone that has done this exercise will know it is intense but I have to say I feel so alive and so much less stressed it fab :-)

I feel fine I have also been swimming and I go pole train once a week just call me hard core haha only down side I'm not losing weight I'm gaining muscle but as long as I drop a dress size before I go to oz I will be happy. Hope you guys are all good much love to u all x
