Hello,

I quit smoking 23 days ago after 28 years smoking. I am reading all messages here and they have been very helpful.
I need to work on triggers and cravings and find ways to undo a lifetime of habits on top of this addiction behavior and this is so hard since all I did was with smoking.

Thank you all

Hi @Quinzee  Welcome to the Train. Stick around because we can offer you great support and encouragement as well as some great tips to help you stay quit.  The beginning is not easy, we all know that, but the longer you stay quit, the easier it will become.  My suggestion is to read all the information on here.  Do the daily Nope pledge every day because I think that will help you a lot as it has helped me and many others on here.  Stay close to the train and reach out whenever you need us.  Since we have members from all over the world, there usually is someone around at all times.  I look forward to seeing you again soon!😃

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
