August 11, 201412 yr Hey everyone: So as some of you may know, I'm getting married next year. We're on a somewhat tight budget (we do not want to go into any type of debt!), so I plan on DIYing a lot of stuff. One of my bridesmaids insisted she make the bouquets because she loves doing crafts, so after a trip to Michaels, she put together three out of five bouquets. I am really, really happy with how well they turned out and thought I'd share!
August 11, 201412 yr Author Probably not, lol. I asked my fiance what he thought of the bouquets and his response was, "They are flowers...."
August 11, 201412 yr I think they are beautiful....lovely colour.....your friend is very talented.....
August 11, 201412 yr Author Thanks everyone! My friend is amazing. She spent about four hours perfecting mine. I wasn't much help, lol. She just told me to hold the stem occasionally and asked me to glue some pearls on here and there. Other than that, she did all of the work!

I would go for the gothic look and wear a bustier underneath (hee hee) but you are right, a good fitting bra will improve it. It is a special day after all, so you can be extra-daring (hee hee). Don´t do anything until April next year though.... between the nerves, the quit, the excitement.. you could change your shape by then... You have dark long hair? How will you be wearing it? How exciting!!!!! Just makes sure Mr. Leanna doesn´t see this thread... that bad luck nonsense you know :P
August 11, 201412 yr awww wow I love the lace :) yes a better bra looks better - but you gotta go huge girl get a bra that pushes them puppies up and out ;) aww I was right you are going to look stunning - just your face there beaming is so beautiful     I think this just became your wedding thread :) so exciting!!!!!!!!!!

How exciting!!!!! Just makes sure Mr. Leanna doesn´t see this thread... that bad luck nonsense you know :P Thanks Susana! A bustier is a really good idea actually. Never thought of that! I wasn't even wearing one of my nice bras when I took a picture... I was wearing one of those silly tank tops with the built-in bra that actually minimizes your boobs. As my friends says, if I wear one of my proper bras, my "boobs are capable of strangling a moose." Hahaha. I definitely won't be doing anything like that until April. That's why I haven't bought any shapewear yet. I'm really trying to shed some weight before my big day. The dress is already big on me, so if I lose weight, I'll have to get alterations done anyway and will need undergarments that will fit properly. I do have dark brown hair. It's just past my shoulders now. I am thinking of a vintage. Something like this: awww wow I love the lace :) yes a better bra looks better - but you gotta go huge girl get a bra that pushes them puppies up and out ;) aww I was right you are going to look stunning - just your face there beaming is so beautiful I think this just became your wedding thread :) so exciting!!!!!!!!!! Aww, thank you Tracey. :) I found the dress online. I wasn't loving any in store and because I'm a bigger girl, trying on dresses was so uncomfortable and embarrassing. Terrible experience when you can't fit into their small sample sizes! How about a ring picture? :)

Thanks Sue! The ring is my engagement ring. We haven't picked out our wedding bands, but I'll post pictures of ones that I like. :) I'll show you pictures of my shoes actually. The flats are for the ceremony and the heels are for the reception! I can't guarantee I'll be able to actually walk in the heels though, so they might be out, lol.
