Day 4 today

Featured Replies

Feeling less depressed and eating a little better. Going to go for a walk and play some music later with friends. Just wanted to check in a little more because I tend to isolate lately.

Hi Steven! Great job so far.  If I remember correctly day 4 is when it got just a tad bit easier to me. On day 22 now,  feeling great!

Hi Steven, we are fairly close In this quitting again. Keep up the good work. Try keeping yourself busy. Hang in there you know it will get better

How are you doing Steven?

Linda- Hanging in there so far. I get those brief feelings of anger or sadness. I have been deep breathing my way through them. Sometimes I just stay in bed as there are no stores/restaurants open. Hope you are doing well, too.

Steven, good for you deep breathing through those feelings.  Quitting never affected my sleeping, so I slept a lot in the beginning.  Know that you are stronger than any crave and that you can keep that quit going.  You can do this!
