Sucky morning hoping my day gets better!!!!

Yeah, there's not much joy in the early days other than the knowledge that you are doing paying the price in advance for a healthier lifetime of freedom!  Keep that image in your mind because it's worth all the difficulties you are slogging through right now! It will get better - 1 day at a time for now Linda :) 

The early days of a quit can be rough but hang in there.  Things do get much better.  The far healthier life of being a nonsmoker is worth the early struggles.
