I'm NOPEing with you too.

Back when I was a newbie I didn't want to NOPE with everyone else, because I was scared....what if I NOPE-ef and then I smoke....that was such a big public commitment...what if I couldn't do that...and i told everyone else i could....and EVER that's a huge frickin commitment .... then I would go in every day and like everyone's NOPE but I couldn't join in....until some said just say NOPE for the day...it's only going to last for 24 hours...so i did..and it wasnt so scary, and my quit felt stronger.

I love to do big NOPEs...but I'm not in t h e right place to do them at the moment and and a small NOPE just feels incomplete...I need to get back my NOPE mojo.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
