I will always remember you all  as part of my support group to stop the cigarettes . I wouldn't have made it without you. Didn't even think i could do it ,but coming up here everyday doing the daily nope and collaborating with people that had the same goals as me pulled me through. It will be 2 years December 12th. I am a firm believer that groups like these really work if   It worked for me. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart ❤️

    Great to see you again @Latoya :) Thanks for checking in with us. It's always nice to know our QT family members are still on the Quit Train! Sounds like you're really enjoying your smoke free life. I hope your Mom is still well and still quit too.
