Hang in there MLMR! I am right behind you. Week two and I think it's much better now than this time a week ago. I know what we're up against. Was was free from this 11 years ago for a whopping 5 months until  a tornado decided to blow through our town and take everything. My biggest regret is taking the first drag...the first of many more. Right now I am starting to feel a new sense of pride that I haven't had about something for a long time. I know it is a long journey but we'll get there.

Thanks for your message :)

I looked it up, this SOS was over a week ago, 9 days i think. Thanks for reminding me about it, i thought I had a crap day today, but back then it was even more crap, ha! Don't worry, I'll hang in for sure. You are doing a great job by the way, having quit again. And thanks for mentioning about that sense of pride, good to hear from someone so early in their journey. Be sure to write about it and please sos when you need it!

Really happy to see you are still fighting the good fight Wantsit!

Every one of us deserves to find their freedom from this addiction :)

Please lad keep fighting this addiction. It will kill you otherwise. One day at a time, you will do it.
