I'm so impressed :). Go buy yourself something to commemorate this milestone. A sticker for your water bottle, a keychain, a ring, etc ; something your can look at and be reminded of your determination and success. Congrats Sandi and way to commit to a better you.

I love when this happens! Each success seems to solidify the quit and greases the skids so to speak. You grow stronger and stronger. And when you do have those tweeky moments, you can draw on your successes and know you can make it past the next hurdle. Doing amazing Sandi!
