Real name.. Joe :P also know as (akajoe) Dewey....A name I acquired from a group of friends after high school...somewhere around 1980.(I spent the night in jail after being stopped for drinking and driving (Driving Under the Influence..aka...DUI.....hence....Dewey) Jay Dub..called by some of the guys at work (my initials... Joe Watts..) Dad..its what my girls call me ;) Pappy...its what the granddaughters calls me.... :wub: and what the wife calls me isnt appropriate for this forum ;)

Bakon is right...we dont know much ;) ...lol.. I tend to read more than post.. Close Nancy..I have 6 granddaughters and unless you talked to one of my daughters and know something I dont, that number isnt going to change anytime soon... ;) thats true...but I also have a '51 Ford Tudor Custom...It is also a project, but at least I have kept this one running and driving :) I am partial to the old Fords, but really like any of the old cars from the 70's back. This is one of my favorites!! :wub: :P Jen is 100% correct until she gets to the part ..."keep all those women in his family happy" Are you kidding?..lol...I dont aim to keep them happy...I just aim to NOT pi$$ them off...lol.. With all the estrogen that flows around this house when-ever we all get together if I dont say something wrong, I am happy... :) I have learned that the more I try to make them happy...the deeper the hole gets.. :P I will say, though, that I am extremely proud of each of my girls, and THEY make me happy.. :wub: so..with that said....bring it on Colleen (and Tracey, and others)...the sticks/chicks game is usually all I take time to do when I log on...I stop by ...add my number...then.. ..back to work.

Lots of triggers and cravings that first day you quit...the BBQ and wine are no match for what you have put behind you....I always remember my first day and how hard that was...everything else is sooooo do-able now! You got this Tracey...we are only a day or 2 apart in our quit..i know what your going through, but...you happen to be one of the strongest people Ive "met"... put those thoughts behind you and enjoy the day!!

I like the way that Lace put it out there for you... Everyone's advise is excellent... I smoked for +35 years and decided one day that enough was enough and quit cold turkey 6 months ago... I did it with all the advise given by the great people of this board... Listen to them and you will succeed.... Are you still with us?...

Poor Bayleigh....this was taken at Christmas 2010...she was extremely sick and needed a blood transfusion.....in this pic she is much better and we were able to take her home for Christmas...of course she hated her new "necklace" .but...she did get all better and now she is a "healthy" old beagle (healthy, as in "Eats too much " ;) ) Bayleigh is getting up in age for a dog...almost 11..the muzzle is turning a bit more white, but she loves life :) And of course, I cant forget my wife's Bishon Frise ...Baxter..he keeps Bayleigh young...lol .
