  3. Boy oh boy is this tough. Crying, sobbing. It’s like a rollercoaster going up and down with emotions. Had some shortness of breath again today when it had gotten better days ago. Had a panic attack earlier. Three or four cry sessions. I miss it. And I don’t. I just want things to be better.

  9. Hi @Kate18! Your post made me laugh and gave me hope. While I haven’t had a day that I haven’t thought about smoking, years ago while me and hubby watched men in black I had a thought of wow, wouldn’t this thing be a lifesaver, literally, in helping a smoker become a nonsmoker (ideally me and my dad who was a heavy smoker, he passed in dec 2021 and miss him dearly…he was the kindest and best man, and daddy, ever). I hope and am looking forward to a day when remembering I smoked, or a cig itself for that matter, is a fleeting thought.

  16. Things are definitely….better. The thoughts and craves are less, but still present. It scares me that I’ll succeed and it scares me that I’ll fail, weird. Learning, accepting that I’ll do things without smoking, like cleaning, cooking, driving. I still use the air straw cig, I hope that’s ok. I also haven’t drank or smoked leafy leaf since I quit, wondering if anyone partakes in that, after a while hoping I can do that, a few times a week at night, without wanting a cig after. thanks again for everyone’s help.

  20. Hi SP, I’m super proud of u for getting back on the train so quickly! I’m new too, quit in Feb. Some days suckkkkkk and some days are ok-ish. May I ask how you felt going back to smoking? It comes into perspective for me when I hear one cig is not enough and it’ll lead to cartons and cartons, and also when smoking, wishing you were back where you were when quit and when we’re quit wishing for that “one” cig but not realizing how we felt when smoking a pack plus a day. anyway best of luck, you can do this!!
